Improving the working environment in "Pal oil" Ltd. by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

Pal Oil Ltd. has many years of experience in the trade of wooden products. The activity of the enterprise is related to the purchase of treated trees, cutting, planing and production of wooden boards, pallets, parquet and other wood products at the client's request and their sale.The company has established its name as a loyal partner, but also as a loyal employer, seeking to improve the quality and working conditions of workplaces. The purpose of the company is to support, to provide better, healthier and safer working conditions in the enterprise and to improve the quality of workplaces and increase productivity at Pale Oil Ltd.This project has created the best working week and quality working conditions for the employees of Pale Oil Ltd. and the priority target groups - should with a fox over 54, mothers with children up to 6 years.The objectives of the project are fully in line with the objectives of LAG "Dolni Chiflik-Byala" - improving access to employment and quality of jobs of people in the territory of LAG "Dolni Chiflik-Byala" by improving and ensuring a safe working environment, increasing urban mobility and ensuring sustainable and quality employment. The project includes the following activities: - Provision of own transport from the employer to and from the workplace for a period of 12 months; - Purchasing Personal Protective Equipment and Special Workwear; - Providing collective redress, including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or securing existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment; The implementation of the project activities will contribute to the following results: - Providing the project; - Providing the necessary personal protective equipment and specialized work clothes to the target group of the project; - Improving working conditions and improving the occupational and health status of employees; - Ensuring mobility from and to the workplace.
