Improvement of the working environment at BKS Dolni Chiflik EOOD by providing good and safe working conditions for employees

BKS Dolni Chiflik Ltd. has many years of experience in the construction industry. The main activity is construction, overhaul, maintenance of roads, road accessories and facilities to them.As of 2018, the company is expanding its activities in the territory of Dolni Chiflik Municipality to include activities for garbage collection, garbage collection and refuse disposal of solid and municipal waste, as well as construction waste generated on the territory of the municipality. The company has established its name as a loyal employer seeking to improve the quality and working conditions of workplaces. The aim of the company is to provide better, healthier and safer working conditions and incomes with the aim of improving the quality of work and increasing investments in human capital. This project aims to create a better working environment and quality working conditions for the employees of BCS Dolni Chiflik and the priority target groups - persons over 54. The objectives of the project are fully in line with the goals of the OPHRD - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria by improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, increasing the services offered and enhancing social inclusion. The project envisages the following activities: - Provision of means of collective protection, including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or securing existing sites, technological processes, machines and equipment; - Purchase of PPE and special workwear; - Provision of social benefits for the employees; - Improvement of the human resources management systems in the enterprise. The implementation of the project activities will achieve the following results: - ensuring the implementation of the project; - provision of the necessary personal protective equipment and specialized work clothing the project target group; - improving working conditions and improving the occupational and health status of employees and employees.
