Creating a child care room in Nemetschek OOD

In connection with the need to create conditions for better balance between professional and personal life of the employees in the company, Nemetschek Ltd. identifies a major need - providing a new social benefit for its employees - creating a child care room. This is the general goal of the current project - the creation of a child care room in the workplace, where hourly care for the children of the company's employees will be provided. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: - Providing opportunities for better balance between professional and personal life of employees - Promoting career development by facilitating access to employment for working parents and maintaining their level of employment and economic activity - Creating conditions for sustainable employment and better working conditions - Ensuring continuity of the work process, increasing the motivation and productivity of labor, achieving competitive advantages and economic growth of Nemetschek Ltd. The implementation of the following activities is envisaged in order to fulfill the project's goals: 1. Ensuring new social benefit for the employees of Nemetschek Ltd. by adapting and equipping a suitable room for hourly care for children at the workplace in Nemetschek Ltd. 2. Selection of unemployed persons, registered in the Labor Office, and their inclusion in subsidized employment by Nemetschek Ltd. for hourly or full-time care for children for a period of 12 months, as well as their inclusion in training related to child care, if necessary. The target group includes 70 employees (working parents), employed in Nemetschek Ltd., 97 children of employees under the age of 12, as well as 3 unemployed persons. Expected results are increased motivation and commitment of working parents in Nemetschek Ltd., higher productivity, sustainable and quality employment and especially creating opportunities for achieving a balance between personal and professional life of employees.
