Matching the personal and professional life of the employees of St. Pantaleymon Hospital and partners by creating a children's corner and achieving motivation and satisfaction

The main goal of this project proposal is to provide an opportunity for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of the employees of "MHAT St. Pantaleimon" and the associated partners, providing a corner for children. The target group includes 27 parents and 4 unemployed people. The children that will take part are 31. They will be divided into age groups - from 0 to 3 years and from 3 to 12 years, and for this purpose will be two premises. The project will start with the adaptation of the premises in which the children's playground was created, as they will be renovated and furnished in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for children. After that, the project will continue with the selection of unemployed people from DBT Pleven, who will take care of the children. We expect the selected people to have no experience in raising children, which is why we have planned training. Through this activity, the target group of parents participating in the project will gain confidence that their children are provided with adequate and quality care. For the successful functioning of the children's corner, subsidized employment will be provided for babysitters within one year. As a result of the implementation of these activities, a children's corner will be created, where parents from four organizations will have the opportunity to leave their children for hourly care when they do not have the opportunity to care for them. Dividing children into age groups will provide better care for them, as their needs will not be shifted. Through the implementation of the project we will meet the following main needs of the target groups: acquisition of new knowledge and skills for unemployed, as well as providing employment, which will improve their quality of life, which will facilitate integration into the market labor. For the group of parents, their basic need for opportunities to help them reconcile personal and professional life will be resolved.
