The project idea is aimed entirely at the staff of the hotel complex "Diplomat Plaza", working in the field of tourism in Lukovit, Northwestern Bulgaria. The aim of the project is to provide an opportunity for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of employees by providing social benefits "Children's Corner". The project is aimed at introducing a new organizational model and practice for employees, contributing to maintaining the level of labor and economic activity of parents and preserving the quality of the workforce and their productivity. Measures are included to encourage the prevention of absenteeism, helping to facilitate access to employment for working parents. Activities are planned in the project: -Ensuring social benefits in the enterprise "Children's Corner"; -Selection of staff, unemployed persons for the profession "Babysitter" and employment; -Training of newly hired staff for acquiring skills for child care. -Information and communication. The performance of the activities will assist parents in caring for their children, thus contributing to their better professional realization, the balance between professional and personal life of parents, providing higher incomes and career development and generally improving their quality of care. life.
