Creation of a children's corner daycare at the workplace of the employees of Helios AD"

The main goal of the project is to create a new opportunity for better reconciliation of professional and family life of parents working at Helios AD, Sevlievo, by creating a social benefit - a children's corner for hourly care of employee’s children. Project activities: Activity 1 “Providing a social benefit for the children of the employees of Helios AD by adapting and equipping a suitable room where hourly children’s care is provided”; Activity 2 “Selection of unemployed persons registered in the Labor Office based on their suitability for employment and / or in training, if necessary, for the provision of childcare in the children's corner ”; Activity 3 “Provision of training to unemployed persons to acquire skills in childcare”; Activity 4 “Providing subsidized employment to unemployed persons for hourly or all-day care for children for a period of up to 12 months”; The implementation of the project activities will meet the needs of the target groups of the project by: - Increasing the motivation for work thanks to a better balance between work and family responsibilities of employees, and the new opportunities for hourly care services for their children. - Supporting employees by providing care for children in their families. - Providing an opportunity for working parents to increase their income by investing extra work hours and participating in additional projects / activities of the employer, allowed by the services of the children's corner. - Higher quality employment, opportunity for economic prosperity and career development, reducing absences from work or delays by using the services of the children’s corner and maximization of the efficiency of the work process in the company. - Providing employment and increasing the income of the unemployed / inactive persons by occupying them in the children's corner.
