For the full functioning of the children's corners it is envisaged within the project to provide 6 unemployed persons, from the specific categories - unemployed or inactive. persons aged between 30 and 54 and unemployed or inactive persons over 54 years of age, who will be employed to care for the children of the employees of the candidate company. The establishment of a children's corner in the company CORNER Ltd., in turn will help to prevention of absenteeism, contributing to facilitating access to employment for working parents. With the implementation of the project the candidate company will become a desirable place to work ensuring better reconciliation of family and professional life of employed parents. The implementation of activities will help parents in caring for their children, thus contributing to their more. good professional realization, and on the other hand will increase labor productivity in supported enterprises by reducing the number of delays and absences from work and increase employee motivation.
