This project proposal will provide an opportunity for 20 employees of the National Sports Base EAD for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of employees, providing a place for 20 children at work. Within the project, the children's corner will be equipped, 4 unemployed people will be hired, who will be provided with training and employment for 12 months. The implementation of the activities will assist parents in caring for their children, such as this way will contribute to their better professional realization, and on the other hand will increase labor productivity in the National Sports Base EAD, reducing the number of delays and absences from work and increase the motivation of employed parents.
