Construction of a new children's area on the territory of "Villa Switzerland"

The applicant under this procedure intends to carry out activities for construction / creation of a new children's area with a total area of 51 square meters, which will be located in a real estate owned by the company, located in the town of Momin Prohod, 19 Radost Str. The project envisages the participation of 4 (four) associated partners, and in the children's area will be cared for a total of 20 (twenty) children, whose care will be employed four people on 8-hour employment contracts for 12 months. PERFECT Ltd. is the owner of a home for social care "Villa Switzerland" opened in 2010 (http://villaswiss.com). The home is a new medium-sized, luxuriously made home for the elderly, located in the famous resort of Momin Prohod. The home offers - round-the-clock care, recovery and maintenance of the physical and mental condition of the residents, general medical examination, examination by a specialist if necessary and all tests necessary to establish the condition of the person entering the home. Through the implementation of the project proposal, a new acquisition will be provided in the company - a new children's playground will be built indoors, which will be located in the yard of the property and is currently intended as a shed. The project funds will be spent on the implementation of 4 activities, described in detail in Section 7 of the Form. The project provides for self-participation by the applicant in the amount of 10%.
