The project aims to provide new opportunities for better reconciliation of work and family life of the employees of Kostinbrod Municipality (KM), by the creation of a children's corner for hourly/all-day care of their kids as well as provision of access to employment for unemployed job-seekers in the newly created social benefit. The project target group include 28 employees of KM, parents of children up to 12 years old, who will use the newly created services as well as 7 unemployed people who will be employed and take care of the kids that visit the children's corner. Project activities Activity 1 “Provision of a social benefit children's corner for the kids of the employees of KM by adapting and equipping a suitable premises for hourly care for children” Activity 2 "Selection of unemployed persons registered in the Labor Office and inclusion in employment and/or training, if necessary, related to the provision of care to the kids" Activity 3 “Provision of training to unemployed persons for acquiring skills necessary for caring for children” Activity 4 “Inclusion of unemployed persons in subsidised employment for hourly or all-day care for children for a period of up to 12 months” The successful implementation of the project activities will achieve the objectives by bringing the following results: - Improved professional realization and increased labor productivity of 28 working parents, employees of KM; - Improved reconciliation of the work and family life of 28 working parents, employees of KM by using the services of the newly created social benefit and increased motivation for career development. - Maintaining the level of employment and economic activity; - Increased efficiency of the staff of KM; - Improved quality and working conditions in the KM by the creation of a social benefit-children's corner. - Improved qualification, income and quality of life of 7 unemployed persons, for whom employment will be provided in the children's corner.
