SDG Consult Ltd. is a company with management and maintenance of computer tools and systems, which has a desire through the project to provide opportunities for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of its employees, providing corners for children in the workplace. For the full functioning of the children's corners it is envisaged within the project to provide 6 unemployed persons, from the specific categories - unemployed young people out of education or training up to 29 years of age, inclusive, who have completed secondary or higher education and unemployed or inactive persons between the ages of 30 and 54 who will be employed to care for the children of the employees of the applicant company.. The establishment of a children's playground in the company SGD Consult Ltd., in turn will help prevent absence from work, contributing to facilitating access to employment for working parents. With the implementation of the project the candidate company will become a desirable place to work ensuring better reconciliation of family and professional life of employed parents. will assist parents in caring for their children, thus contributing to their better professional life on the other hand, it will increase labor productivity in supported enterprises by reducing the number of delays and absences from work and increasing the motivation of employees. In times of economic crisis and in a period of high unemployment, the creation of preconditions for reconciling family and professional life and maintaining the quality of the labor force and labor productivity is one of the most important prerequisites for sustainable development. effect on the activity of the company after the implementation of the project activities, which will provide direct benefits to the employer, expressed in the provision of more human resources, more motivated and more productive workforce.
