Combining professional and personal life by creating a corner for hourly care of children from "OPTIMA HAIR EXTENSION" Ltd.

The present project proposal envisages the creation of a children's corner for hourly care of children up to 12 years of age on the territory of the village of Novi Han, district Sofia. The project envisages a partnership between the candidate "OPTIMA HARE EXTENSION" EOOD and the associated partners "ELTRADING VM" OOD and NON-PROFIT ASSOCIATION FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT ACTIVITIES "TACITUS". The children's corner will be created for 15 children of parents employed by the candidate and the associated partners. For this purpose, the dedicated room will be renovated to meet the safety requirements and the acquisition of a more appropriate appearance for children. In the children's corner there will be three corners, which will be equipped and furnished according to the needs of children up to 3 years, from 3 to 7 years and from 7 to 12 years. To ensure a safe environment for children, it is also planned to install specialized air purification devices that can kill up to 93% of bacteria in the air, thanks to the high-power LEDs operating at UV-C frequency. As a result of the established children's playground, three unemployed persons with appropriate training in the field of education, social services and healthcare will be employed for a period of 12 months, who will take care of the children who will attend the children's playground. As a result, the implementation of the project will provide an opportunity for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of the employees of the applicant and the associated partners.
