Playground "Wooden house" in Furniture factory "Pachkov"

The project aims to provide conditions for better reconciliation of professional and personal life of the employees of Pachkov EOOD and its associated partners, by providing a corner for children at the workplace. This will reduce staff absenteeism with young children and facilitate access to employment for working parents. The project proposal will provide an opportunity for adaptation and furnishing of a children's playground in the applicant - Pachkov Ltd., which will raise children up to 12 years of the applicant's employees and his associated partners. The project aims to increase the productivity and motivation of employees by introducing conditions to help raise their children. The project will provide employment for four unemployed people, selected by the labor office, who will be trained to provide child care. The project will contribute to increasing employment among women and career opportunities on the one hand, and providing quality care for children and peace of mind of parents, on the other hand.
