Achieved balance between work and personal life with a children's playground at FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS EOOD

The main goal of the project "Achieved work-life balance with a children's playground at FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS Ltd. is to ensure a better reconciliation of the family and professional life of 30 employed parents in the company, providing a playground for 30 children in the workplace of two age groups. This in turn will help prevent absentness from work, contributing to facilitating access to employment for 30 working parents in the company. The project proposal includes activities aimed at maintaining the level of labour and economic activity of 30 parents and, on the other hand, preserving the quality of the workforce and labour productivity, using the full potential of the developing labour market. The planned activities also have a direct benefit for FOOD DELIVERY EXPRESS Ltd., which consists in providing a greater resource of staff, a more motivated and more productive workforce. The project envisages creating an attractive environment of the newly created children's playground for two age groups by purchasing equipment, furniture, materials, consumables, which is complementary to the formal system of pre-school and school education. The project activities will provide 30 employed parents in the care company for 10 children from the age group up to 3 years and 20 children in the 3 year age group up to 12 years. The opening of 6 new jobs for the position of Assistant Educator will at the same time create the conditions for 6 unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office Directorate to develop their personal and professional knowledge, skills and abilities for childcare, through a combination of conducting training on "Childcare" and inclusion in subsidized employment for a period of 12 months. The duration of the project will be 15 months.
