Establishment of a children's center for children of employees of Botevgrad Municipality

The project envisages the provosion of social benefits for 25 employees of the municipal administration of the Municipality of Botevgrad, by adapting and equipping a suitable room for a children's center for hourly care for children in the building of the Municipality of Botevgrad. The children's center will provide hourly care for 28 children of municipal employees aged 3-12. The project includes activities for adaptation and furnishing of the room in which the children's center will be located, repair of the adjacent bathrooms; selection of staff - 5 unemployed persons, registered in the Labour Office in Botevgrad, for hourly or full-time care for children for a period of 12 months; providing training to employed staff (if necessary). As a result of the project implementation, a children's center will be created and equipped - a social benefit that will facilitate the combination of parental responsibility with the successful employment of the employees involved. By creating conditions for access to care services for their children, administration staff will be able to better reconcile their family and professional lives, in line with the principles enshrined in the European Pillar of Social Rights. Through the implementation of the project activities, the involved employees will be provided with full care for their children in a safe environment, in close proximity to the workplace, even in case of force majeure, as a result of which employees find themselves in difficulty to perform their duties. The planned activities will have direct benefits for the Municipality of Botevgrad as an employer, expressed in the provision of more human resources, more motivated and productive workforce. Last but not least, the project will provide employment to 5 unemployed people for a period of 12 months.
