Provoking interest and employment in Alf Confectionery through professional training

The current project of Confectionery House ALF EOOD worth BGN 21,820.74 expands the access to employment of 10 economically inactive and unemployed persons with secondary and lower education in working age 30-54 years. It is an innovative solution - it relies on a set of measures to achieve results for social and labor realization such as gradual motivational, professional training, incl. and in a real production environment in a confectionery workshop of the company in the village of Dolno Linevo. The support of the unemployed is multifaceted - psychological, pedagogical and subsidized employment for a period of up to 6 months for 2 people - appointed as Assistant confectioners with code 51202004 under the NCAP, under the guidance of experienced staff of the company as mentors. Achieving the set goals and results of the project will be done through the implementation of the following activities: activation, motivation of representatives of the target group, as well as inclusion in training for acquisition of key competencies CC5 "Learning Skills" and training for part of a second profession qualification degree "Baker-confectioner" specialty "Production of confectionery" Code 5410302, according to the Current list of NAVET. Within 10 months Confectionery House ALF Ltd. will show how in practice education and qualification are the panacea for labor competitiveness and sustainable employment, social adaptation and finding a job, according to the increased requirements of business in the new pandemic environment of Kovid 19. The project uses prerequisites and various incentives for the integration of some of the most vulnerable groups in the labor market. The sustainability of the project is guaranteed and after the completion of the project a new job will be created and a person trained and professionally qualified will be appointed on a permanent employment contract for at least 3 months.
