Achieving socio-economic development in the municipality of Dryanovo by providing new jobs, reducing poverty and improving living conditions and quality

The main goal of the project proposal is to provide prerequisites for creating sustainable employment at the local level for unemployed and inactive people who will get a new chance to work, new or improved professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, as well as the acquisition of professional qualifications. The objectives of the project proposal are related to the identified problems regarding the structure of the labor market on the territory of the municipality. The project aims to include the most vulnerable groups, giving them a new chance to work, new professional knowledge and skills acquired in the workplace, as well as professional qualifications to minimize their future exclusion from the labor market. The target group of the project proposal fully coincides with the eligible target groups according to point 15 of the Conditions of application. To achieve more sustainable results the project proposal envisages the jobs to be fully occupied by persons specified as the most vulnerable groups in the labor market, including: - Long-term unemployed with registration in the Labor Office for more than 12 months - Unemployed / inactive persons over 54 years of age - Unemployed / inactive persons with low education / below secondary /, incl. and without any profession - Unemployed / inactive persons of Roma origin The results achieved in the implementation of the project are related to the creation of sustainable jobs for unemployed and inactive people in the municipality of Dryanovo. This goal is achieved through a combination of activities to provide employment, training and safe and quality jobs, in addition to increasing the productivity and adequacy of skills of employees in accordance with the current needs of the municipality as an employer.
