Providing employment in Tangra Soft EOOD, by creating new jobs

The project proposal is aimed at 16 unemployed and inactive people and the creation of sustainable employment within 12 months and the provision of subsequent employment after the completion of project activities. The project will provide integration on the market of the long-term unemployed with registration in the Labor Office over 12 months, people over 54 years of age, people with permanent disabilities, unemployed / inactive people with low education / below secondary /, incl. and without any profession, unemployed / inactive persons of Roma origin The project proposal corresponds to the identified needs and problems of the target group, as the share of unemployed and economically inactive people in the municipality of Dryanovo is increasing, which is indicative that these target groups are vulnerable and special policies must be taken to integrate them. labor market. The representatives of the target groups will be presented with individual and group consultations for the purpose of social and labor adaptation. To ensure appropriate working conditions in the company of the people from the target group, they will be provided technically by purchasing equipment. The planned equipment is in accordance with the activity that will be performed by the newly appointed workers. They will perform sanitary and hygienic activities and repair activities. In addition to providing sustainable employment for representatives of the target group, equipment of workplaces, the project provides project management activities, publicity and visualization, in accordance with the requirements of the Unified Beneficiary Manual for the application of information and communication rules 2014-2020.
