Improvement of qualification and achievement of adequate to the requirements of the business know and skills of the employees of “AQ ELECTRIC” AD from all age groups

AQELECTRIC(AQE) is specialized in the design and manufacture of electrical panels for control and management of machines and equipment and for the control of autom. processes of the following industries-automotive,railway,medical.The mentioned company is also the employer of 742empl,of which 595 empl.,target group (TG),falling into both specific categories-over 54 years old and with secondary and lower education.The overall goal of the project is to improve the quality of the jobs,qualifications and skills of the employees in AQE including the increasement of workers with superior professional qualification and key competencies,the growth of those employed with secondary and lower education that have acquired new knowledge and skills,sustainable employment,increased competitiveness on the labor market.In order to achieve the common goal,the following activities are planned to be executed:1-Providing training for acquiring/raising the professional qualification of the workers-a total of 41empl are planned to pass professional training for raising acquiring professional qualification in part of the profession of welder,electr. assembler,machine operator;2-Provision of training for acquisition of key competencies (CC) for 217empl. under CC2, 5 and 7;3-Ensuring access to continuing education for the purpose of better prof. realization and increased prof. training of the staff as a result of passing specific training of 180 empl.4:Ensuring access to innovative forms of lifelong learning-Planned to implement innovative tools for training of through learning by making and implementing a 3D self-learning system for 146empl.; Planned to introduction of own system for internally training and interactive teaching methods in the AQE for all empl.5:Information and communication,as a result of which inform. and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the application of the rules for inform. and communication 2014-2020
