Social benefits and more healthy labor conditions in Zafira- ben Ltd

Current project realization is targeting further raising of labor productivity in “Zafira-ben” Ltd, by the means of health status improving , and by creating of better conditions for nutrition and rest in behalf of employees in our company. By the means of activity No 1 Support for practices, targeting innovative, more productive and "more green' organization of labor models in enterprises, ensuring health and safety labor conditions and professional and healthy improvement status, and social climate improvement, under activity No 3.1 Ensuring of collective health protective means, including modernization and/or reconstruction and/or current targets, technological processes, machinery and equipment render saving in Zafira-ben Ltd, part of current luminescent illumination will be replaced by LED illumination. Two numbers of street LED illumination solids and five numbers of bakterium lamps will be purchased, as well. One number Suction system for the bakehouse will be furnished. Two new ergonomic chairs will be provided as well. By the means of activity No 2 , under activity No 3.2 Buying of personal protective means and special working garments, current personal protective means and special working garments will be replaced by more effective, ensuring better individual protection in behalf of the employees health. By the activity No 3, under activity No 3.3 Social climate improvement, by rest and sports opportunities in behalf of workers and ministers and facilitation for workers and ministers during the production process in the enterprise, nutrition and rest conditions will improve, because of further additional equipment and furnishing social assets in two premises for nutrition, rest and for change clothes also in our production base in the village of Zafirovo. There are included also obligatory activities about publicity and visualization and project organization and government.
