Establishment of better and safer working conditions in Regional Consumer Cooperative "Future" - Sitovo.

This project proposal aims at improving the working conditions in PK "Future" -Sitovo, providing funds for collective protection and social benefits of employees in the enterprise. Throughout its existence, in addition to the appropriate infrastructure, the management of the organization has given importance and care for the human resources at its disposal. The organization provides the safe working conditions required by law, but the company's desire has always been to upgrade them. The target group to which the project is directed are the employees of the enterprise 10 persons, of which 8 on an employment contract and 2 persons on a project of OP "HRD". the project target groups as well as the objectives of this procedure. The activities are selected so as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, results and indicators set in the project proposal, respectively to contribute to achieving the objectives of the grant procedure - BG05M9OP001-1.110 LAG "Glavinitsa-Sitovo Kraydunavska Dobrudzha", by providing good and safe working conditions, as well as improving the quality of jobs in PK "Future" - Sitovo. The project proposal envisages the following activities: 1. Providing means for collective protection related to the improvement of working conditions; 2. Improving the social climate in the enterprise by providing opportunities for recreation, relaxation and facilitation of employees during the work process in the enterprise. As a result of the project implementation the following results will be achieved: - Improved health and safety at work in PK "Future" -Sitovo - Provided social benefits for the employees of the enterprise - equipment of a room for rest and meals, which will improve the social climate and the management of the human resources in the enterprise. - Provided means for collective protection.
