"Creation of new jobs and training opportunities of 8 people from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market in the sewing industry in "DESI STILE 24 "Ldt"

This present project is motivated by the need to create real conditions for personal and professional realization, provided support and creation of sustainable jobs for 8 unemployed and inactive people from highly vulnerable groups in the labor market in the candidate "DESI STYLE 24" Ltd. Simitli. The general project goal of the project is creating of 8 sustainable jobs for people from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market and applying of complex activities to them. The target group of the project includes 8 unemployed and inactive people from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market, minimum 50% of them are unemployed / inactive persons age over 54 years; unemployed / inactive persons with low educational level / below secondary /, incl. and without any profession and unemployed / inactive persons with Roma origin. The realization of the project proposal will be implemented over a period of 15 months in the town of Simitli, with the following project activities: Selection and hiring of 8 unemployed and / or inactive persons from the included target groups for a period of 12 months; Conducting of training of the 8 already employed persons by the project according to the European Qualifications - Key Competence 4 “Digital Competence”; Project organization and management activities; Information and communication activities. The set goals and activities aim to achieve the results: Created 8 new sustainable jobs and opportunities for long-term employment of the new employees; increased competitiveness of the persons from the included target groups by acquiring new skills and competencies; creation of stable attitude in the target group for activity on the labor market focused the Roma community, which is one of the most vulnerable groups in risk of social exclusion; a transformation passive objects into individuals who solve their own problems; improvement the quality of life of target groups; increasing the self-confidence and certainty.
