Project name: Local employment initiative in "LUPA VIV" EOOD Duration: 14 months Place of realization: Byala cherkva Motivation: Unemployment for the territory of Pavlikeni Municipality is a serious problem, as one of the most vulnerable groups are people with low education (below average - ISCED 3) and the unemployed in the age group over 54. The reintegration of these two groups in the market Labor is a challenge for employers, and at the same time the inclusion of this resource in the local economy will generate high added value. With the current project "LUPA VIV" EOOD will take a step towards ensuring stable employment of vulnerable groups, showing that the business can be socially engaged and both profitable and competitive. Main goal: To stimulate the integration of one of the most vulnerable groups on the labor market by creating 10 new jobs and creating sustainable employment of unemployed and inactive people in "LUPA VIV" EOOD Specific goals of the project are: 1. To create and create 10 new jobs in the company "LUPA VIV" EOOD for unemployed and / or inactive persons aged between 30 and 54 years, including unemployed or inactive persons over 54 years of age. 2. To provide material security for new jobs by purchasing equipment. 3. To increase the competitiveness of the company and to fill new markets. Activities: 1.
