Project: For better health and working capacity of the employees in "TOTI - TRANS" EOOD Duration: 12 months Place of realization: Pavlikeni Motivation: "TOTI-TRANS" EOOD started its activity in 1994. "TOTI-TRANS" EOOD purposefully takes care of the staff through continuous measures to improve working conditions, safety at work, company social responsibility and ensuring an optimal working microclimate . With the implementation of the project there will be a direct positive effect on the target group - employees in the company, incl. persons over 54 years of age, as well as on the company itself. Main goal: To improve the working conditions and to improve the working environment in "TOTI-TRANS" EOOD, through investment in the working environment, protection of employees and provision of social benefits. Specific goals: 1. To improve the quality of the jobs and to guarantee the favorable working conditions, through investments in securing the working environment in "TOTI-TRANS" EOOD; 2. To ensure optimal protection and safety of work of employees in the sole proprietorship with limited liability, through investments in personal and special protective clothing. 3. To maintain and improve the conditions for rest, eating and rest of the employees of "TOTI-TRANS" EOOD, by equipping a room for rest, rest and eating, as well as by furnishing a gym. The project "For better health and working capacity of the employees in "TOTI - TRANS" EOOD" corresponds to Priority Axis 1 of the HRD OP HRD, Priority 1 of the Municipal Development Plan of Pavlikeni Municipality 2014 - 2020, Strategic Goal 1 of the Ministry of Interior and the Conditions for application of procedure BG05M9OP001-1.114.
