Encouragement and access to employment of inactive and unemployed persons at Petrov Agro Consult

Petrov Agro Consult is a company with main activity Consulting Services, development of business plans, projects and support for the start-up of entrepreneurial activity, management and reporting of projects funded by various donor programs. The project proposal implements an integrated approach for solving some of the problems of the vulnerable groups, defined on the territory of the Municipality of Pomorie. It provides for the identification, activation, consultation, motivation, training and employment of unemployed and inactive persons from the target groups. 5 people from at-risk social groups will be employed under a contract of employment. Materials, supplies and equipment will be purchased to secure the activities. The implementation of the project will support the process of integration into the labor market of people at risk. The investment in the project has a pronounced social effect on the target group, as it will help to integrate the human capital into the municipality's economy and guarantee their quality of life. The activities within the project are linked to inclusion in active working and social life through a form of employment that enables the creation of basic social and work skills of the persons. This will help the Municipality to adequately cope with the needs of the at-risk and vulnerable groups.
