The project proposal aims to develop sustainable and quality employment in the region of municipality of Kresna by encouraging of self-employment and entrepreneurship. This will be done by holding informational and motivational meetings with unemployed, inactive and employed people of different age groups (Activity 1) to be actively involved in the labor market. The focus will be on young people up to the age of 29, as well as those between ages of 29 and 40. Special attention will be paid to disadvantaged social groups who are willing to develop but are disillusioned to seek realization. For persons who are motivated to be engaged in independent economic activity and entrepreneurship, will be provided complex services as training and real help for realization of own business. They will be invited to take part in Activity 2, during which trainings related to the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business knowledge will be conducted. In addition, they will receive consultations and mentoring (Activity 3) for the development of business idea, organizational structure, sources of funding, etc., as well as the registration of their own company. In order to achieve better results in the motivational and training process, innovative methods will be applied to address the specific needs of the target group and to increase the engagement of the participants. Through the implementation of the planned activities will be provided support and opportunity to start an independent business for up to 48 people from the municipality of Kresna as we expect up to 17 of them to become active participants in the labour market, incl. by starting own business. The project will be implemented by the Association "New Choice", which has many years of experience in the development and implementation of social activities and projects in the municipality of Kresna. The total value of project amounts to 42 313.60 BGN, of which 30 224.00 BGN are direct staff costs.
