Entrepreneurship for growth

The main goal of the project is to encourage the inclusion in the labor force and participation in the labor market of unemployed and inactive persons by providing a range of motivational, training and counseling services, training and mentoring of persons (unemployed, inactive and employed) wishing to develop independent economic activity and self-employment. To achieve the planned goal, a set of the following activities will be implemented: 1) Informing and motivating for the development of independent economic activity and entrepreneurship. 2) Selection of representatives of the target groups. 3) Providing training related to the development of entrepreneurial, managerial and business knowledge and skills and development of business ideas and business plans for self-management (specialized training). 4) Provision of consulting services for preparation for self-employment. The main expected results are: Motivated, professionally oriented and informed 40 people from the target group involved in the project; developed 40 individual plans for support of the persons involved in the project; conducted 4 specialized trainings with 40 participants, successfully completed the trainings and issued 40. certificates of completed training; conducted a total of 1248 l.h. group and individual consultations and mentoring; developed at least 10 business ideas for SSD; 25% of the representatives of the target groups will register companies and start their own business within 1 month after the completion of the project. Target groups of the project are: 10 economically inactive young people who are not in education and training, aged 15 to 29, inclusive, 10 unemployed young people looking for work, aged 15 to 29, incl. with completed secondary or higher education and 20 persons wishing to start an independent economic activity - unemployed or employed. The project will be implemented on the territory of Simitli municipality for 15 months.
