Opportunity for qualification and employment of unemployed and inactive people in the municipality of Lukovit

The project is in line with the policy of the municipality of Lukovit for activation of unemployed and inactive persons on the territory of the municipality.The project will search for and activate unemployed or inactive young people up to the age of 29, as well as long-term unemployed aged 30 to 54 and unemployed over 54.After the period of motivation, 6 young people will be involved in training for part of the profession "Assistant of the educator".The training will be conducted by a NAVET licensed Training Center.The curriculum covers 600 hours for part of a profession, third qualification degree and will last 5 months.Unemployed people will receive scholarships during the vocational training course. For all successful graduates will be provided subsidized employment for a period of 12 months in kindergartens in the municipality:in the villages and the town. As assistants of the educators in kindergartens, they will assist kindergarten teachers in the education, care and socialization of children, especially children for whom Bulgarian is not their mother tongue. Unemployed young people, long-term unemployed persons aged 30 to 54, as well as over 54 years of age, who have completed vocational training courses at the Labor Office Directorate, but have not worked in the speciality and need the acquisition of additional knowledge, skills and working habits in a real work environment. We will search and motivate persons from these target groups and will offer internships in the position of "Groundsman", which will end the practice of offering vocational training courses without further employment. Internship contracts for a period of 8 months will be signed with 14 persons, according to Art. 233b (3) of the Labor Code and mentors with appropriate qualifications will be appointed.The persons will perform duties in landscaping activities in the city parks,gardens,inter-block spaces, etc. The duration of the project is 20 months,with a two-month preparation period.
