"Access to employment for job seekers in the Municipality of Balchik"

The project of the Municipality of Balchik "Access to employment for job seekers in the Municipality of Balchik" is related to the identification of persons from highly vulnerable groups on the labor market: long-term unemployed, people over 54, people with permanent disabilities, unemployed / inactive people with low education, including and without any profession, unemployed / inactive persons of Roma origin. For this purpose, the project team, assisted by the youth mediator in the Municipality of Balchik will make contact with people from the target groups, will conduct group or individual consultations on the need to include them in training, to get a job. The youth mediator will conduct motivational training aimed at acquiring skills for preparing documents for job applications, acquiring skills for effective use of various sources of information about job vacancies, acquiring skills for successful presentation to an employer. Thirteen of the 15 who have completed motivational training will be directed to training for mastering the profession "Landscaping Worker". Training for acquiring professional qualification will be provided by a vocational training center licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training (NAVET). Balchik Municipality will select a training organization under the Public Procurement Act. Successful graduates of vocational training will receive a document under Art. 38, para. 2 and para. 3 of the VETA . 13 new jobs will be created at the municipal administration for people from highly vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Balchik. The labor and insurance relations of the employees within the project will be settled under the conditions of the Bulgarian labor and insurance legislation. The term of the subsidized employment will be 12 months. Agricultural equipment, materials and consumables will be purchased for the effective fulfillment of the work obligations of the newly hired 13 workers.
