Investments in education, employment and support services for young people on the territory of the Devnya-Aksakovo LIG

The project proposal applies an integrated approach to solving some of the problems of vulnerable groups defined in the Municipality of Devnya, in particular unemployed young people aged 15 to 29, incl. with primary or lower education and / or of Roma origin. It provides for the identification, counseling, motivation, training and employment of unemployed people from the target groups. - Trainings in PC, 1st degree and QC 6 and providing scholarships for individuals - Ensuring employment of 17 people from the above group - Promotion and encouragement of the start and development of independent economic activity and entrepreneurship - Supporting the development of business ideas and targeting funding programs for start-up entrepreneurs, incl. under OP “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020. The implementation of the project will support the process of integration into the labor market of persons from risk groups. The investment under the project has a pronounced social effect on people from the target group, as it will help to include human capital in the economy of the municipality and will ensure the improvement of their quality of life. The activities within the project are linked to inclusion in the active work and social life, through a form of employment, enabling the creation of basic social and work skills of individuals. This will help the Municipality to adequately address the needs of at-risk and vulnerable groups.
