"Employment of unemployed and inactive people"

The project "Employment of unemployed and inactive people" aims to: Provide conditions for effective labor activity, professional realization and sustainable employment of unemployed / inactive persons with low education and / or belonging to minority groups. Specific objectives: 1. To create new jobs; 2. Providing an opportunity for acquisition of higher personal digital competencies for successful realization of the newly employed unemployed / inactive persons. These objectives will be achieved through the following successive activities: Activity 1: Selection and employment of unemployed / inactive people in the company; Activity 2: Training of the newly appointed employees for acquisition of digital key skills on the topic: "Tools for video surveillance in the security activity and work with digital recorders". The implementation of these activities will achieve the following measurable results: - For 35 unemployed / inactive people with low level of education and / or belonging to minority groups at risk of marginalization, new jobs will be provided in the position: "Security Guard", " Porter ", up to 10 months from the date of appointment; - of which: 20 persons in the position of "Security Guard" will be provided with the opportunity to take a course to increase their personal key skills in the field of digital security and protection systems; -of which: 15 persons in the position of "Porter".
