Project Access to employment for job seekers and inactive people from the town of Varbitsa includes motivational activities for active behavior in the labor market and providing professional training and training for key competencies. As well as employment of 5 economically inactive persons, out of education and training, including undeclared persons, jobseekers, unemployed persons, and disadvantaged groups on the labor market by age groups: Unemployed youths up to 29 years of age, unemployed/inactive from 30 to 54 years of age and above 54. Low level of education and lack of qualification, professional realization, and motivation for inclusion in the labor market form this group. All of this makes them unattractive and unwanted for employment by employers. The aim is to support those in need of social and employment support, which will improve the quality of life of the population. In the frame of the project will be conducted motivational training, training for acquiring the profession “Landscaping Worker” and training for key competencies. After successful completion of the training, will be provided employment for 5 persons in the position Landscaping Worker for 6 months. The experience gained during these months will facilitate the integration into the labor market. As a result of the implementation of the project, preconditions for social inclusion through the employment of the target group will be created, including representatives of the Roma community.
