GO DIGITAL

The BCCI in partnership with CITUB, CL Podkrepa, MLSP and NAVET through the implementation of this project will contribute to the acquisition of specific levels of digital skills by employees from selected professions/positions in selected sectors/subsectors. These digital skills are necessary for the successful implementation of their occupations and activities. The employees will be representatives of 15 economic sectors/subsectors under NACE.BG-2008, selected in demarcation with the other social partners. On the basis of the methodology, developed by the MLSP under Component 1, the Chamber and the partners will study and analyze the needs of specific digital skills of those working in the respective sectors/subsectors. Unified profiles of digital skills in key professions/positions will be developed, tested and validated as per NCAP 2011, outlining the qualification requirements the employees should meet in order to successfully perform their duties. Their current skills will be tested on the basis of tools developed for the purpose of assessment of digital skills. Curriculum will be compiled by developing non-formal learning programmes for upgrade of digital skills, based on DigComp2.1. The BCCI and the partners will test the prepared learning content among the target groups of the selected sectors/subsectors. They will develop also a specific qualification frameworks for obtaining specific digital skills, which can be updated and adapted to changing environment, if necessary. The BCCI and the partners will develop models of social partnership and collective bargaining in the enterprises of the selected sectors/subsectors, adequate to the digitalization of work processes for adequate and active management of change and for successful adaptation of enterprises and their personnel to these changes Concrete actions will be envisaged for raising the awareness of employers and employees of the need of upgrade and further development of the specific digital skills
