DIGITAL SUPPORT

The project links in partnership of Podkrepa Confederation of Labour, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria, the Union for Economic Initiative and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, and covers the economic sectors of forestry (02), coal mining (05), manufacture of rubber and plastic products (22), manufacture of other non-metallic minerals (23), collection and disposal of waste, recycling of materials (38), telecommunications (61), medical and social care with accommodation (87), social work without accommodation (88) and other cultural activities. The aim of the project is to carry out in-depth academic analyses of digital skills needs by economic sectors covered; to develop, test and validate unified profiles for digital skills in key positions and / or professions; to develop tools for assessment and testing of the current skills of the workforce by sectors; to develop non-formal learning programs for specific digital skills development and to compile thematic learning and testing content; to develop and approve sectoral qualifications frameworks for digital skills development; to compile methodological guidelines for digital skills maintaining and upgrading; to develop and implement models for digitalized social partnership and digitalized collective bargaining; to help raise awareness among employees and employers about the need to develop their digital skills. With the implementation of the project, Podkrepa CL contributes in the context of deepening digitalisation of labour, in order to help working people and their enterprises to adapt to changes in industrial relations and to navigate the current trends of a developed digital society.
