Ready for digital transformation in joint actions of the social partners for the development of the specific digital skills of the workforce in enterprises

The specific objective of the project proposal is to create a specific environment, models and tools for improving the specific digital skills of the workforce in sixteen economic activities / sub-activities under NACE.BG-2008. The specific objective will be achieved as a result of a set of interrelated actions, which include research of digital skills needs by economic activities, development of digital skills profiles by key positions, testing of the current digital skills of the workforce through developed assessment tools of competencies and curricula for non-formal learning for the development of specific digital skills. The curricula will be tested by at least 520 employees in selected economic activities, adapted and recognized by stakeholders. The project will develop 16 methodological guidelines for maintaining and upgrading the specific digital skills of the workforce in the sectors to ensure continuing education to better professional development and increased training of employees by providing digital skills needed to exercise their position. A communication campaign will raise the awareness of employers about the need to develop digital skills. Models of social partnership and collective bargaining in enterprises, adequate to technological changes and digitalization of work processes for active change management and ensuring successful adaptation of enterprises and employees to change will be developed and implemented in two economic activities under NACE.BG 2008. Cooperation between enterprises, social partners and educational institutions will be strengthened in order to ensure educational infrastructure, quality training and learning outcomes that meet the requirements by developing sectoral qualifications frameworks for the development of digital skills.
