By providing the "personal assistant" will ensure the prevention of institutionalization of the target groups will improve their quality of life and will help their chances for independence and social inclusion.Will expand the scope of the services, providing access not only to social but also to health services.Will be ensured continuity of service use by consumers. The project is national in scope and will start immediately after the order is issued for the provision of grants to applications from prospective users.The preparation of individual needs assessments and determination of individual budget users would enable the project to include persons with the greatest care, depending on the subject of the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and gender equality.Improving the quality of service will be achieved by conducting training and supervision to enhance the skills of personal assistants.Activities at national and local level are organized in a way that ensures effective and efficient use of financial and human resources. There are internal control (the teams at the local level), and control of the "Social Assistance" in order to meet the set quality indicators and the provision of socio-health services.
