This project proposal envisages to implement activities that contribute to improving quality of life and access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 in the inability for selfservingat the territory of the Municipality of Topolovgrad. The project will ensure that representatives of groups a choice of services and will provide assistance in deciding which is the service which best meets their needs. For this purpose, the municipality will create a specialized unit "Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home." The unit will provide by innovative way complex services for people with disabilities and their families, and for people over 65 with limits or unable to selfserve. Furthermore, the unit will also provide psychological support to employed assistants and employees.
