Comprehencsive services for worthy and independent life! District Primorski Municipality Varna

The project proposal improves the quality of life and access to services for the social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 in the inability for self-service through social and health services. The project proposal focuses solely on the provision of social service "personal assistant". With the realization of the project expands and builds the service "personal assistant" provided for the project "new alternatives." The activities build on the present service, which is achieved through integrated services in the Centre for the provision of complex services and the inclusion of a social worker, nurse, psychologist and rehabilitator. For the realization of the common goal of the planned activities are: 1.Organization and management of the project 2. Information and Publicity 3. Providing access to integrated services, according to the specific needs of individuals on the basis of individual social score by creating the Centre for part-time services presentation for inclusion in the community and in the family environment. 4. Training of personnel for the provision of services. 5. Providing psychological support, counseling and supervision of staff. 6. Motivational and psychological support to the users of the services. The provision of complex services connected with the carrying out of rehabilitation, psychological support, medical assistance and the use of social service "personal assistant" will lead to increased quality of life of vulnerable groups, the prevention of social exclusion, will support both persons involved with this activity, and the dependent family members and will allow for more active participation in the socio-economic life of the community. With the realization of the project will prevent placement in specialised institutions of people over 65 in the inability for self-service and will provide opportunities for the return of persons who care for loved ones with a disability in the real labour market.
