Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home

In Dolna Banya elderly and people with disabilities need to meet their complex needs, including health, to overcome social exclusion and poverty. This project proposal will enable about 70 persons to innovative services tailored to their specific needs based on individual needs assessment. On the one hand this would provide employment to unemployed people of working age, and the other will enable people with disabilities to choose the desired assistant. Each person with a disability, according to their needs, can use various services as required and the type of aid. It is possible that each of the service providers responsible for different types of activities. Providing access to integrated services will be done by creating a new center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home, and for this purpose will be made repair will be equipped and furnished room, which is municipal property - former denture laboratory. The Center will provide psychological support, counseling and supervision of personnel providing services as well as motivational or other support to service users. This project complements and builds upon the duties of municipal projects financed transaction "Help at Home" and scheme "Alternatives" OP HRD 2007-2013, as well as the procedure "New Alternatives" OP HRD 2014-2020. Persons who use the service procedure "New Alternatives" will be involved in this project for this purpose will reassess the needs of users. Through the project will provide integrated services for people with inability for self and for people with disabilities, will combine complex steps towards providing long-term care, incl. social and health services in the community or at home.
