Sustainable development of the social economy for social inclusion of people with disabilities in the Lovech municipality

The project aims at overbuilding the activities of the existing and working“Unit for social services in family environment”The Unit will provide 3 types of hourly social services in family environment–personal social and home assistants By the realization of activities we will achieve the main goal of the project for overbuilding and sustainability of the results within the “Development the social economy in the Lovech municipality” project financed under the “Home care” operation of the HRDOP 2007-2013 The target groups are:Unemployed active people, who have not yet acquired entitlement to contributory-service and retirement-age pension–100 Persons and children with disabilities limited or impossible to service themselves–60 Elderly people over the age of 65, limited or impossible to service themselves–20 Service consumers of procedure “News Alternatives”-120 persons and childrens with disabilities elderly people limited or impossible to service themselves consumers of that services and candidates consumers approvals and with a valuation but not including in this project because lack of financial resource.The project activities are: 1 Organization and management of the project; conducting procedures according to the Public Procurement Law 2 Providing publicity and information campaigns 3 Acceptance of applications making a necessities valuation recruiting the social services consumers and personnel for the of the Unit for social services in family environment and delivering an introduction training 4 Elaboration of the Unit’s Activities Methodology for providing social services for social inclusion to the community or family environment 5 Functioning of the Unit for social services in family environment and providing hourly social services to people with disabilities, including children, and to elderly people limited or impossible to service themselves 6 Providing healthcare services, psychological and motivation support to the personnel and services’ consumers
