“CARES FOR LIFE WITH DIGNITY 4”

Within the project “CARES FOR LIFE WITH DIGNITY 4” will be performed the following activities: • Objective assessment of the individual needs of all candidates and guaranteed equal access to rendered services; • Implementation of a package of integrated social and health care services and providing motivation and psychological support to users, according to their individual needs; • Selection, training, psychological support, counseling and supervision of the personnel rendering the services; • Activities, ensuring information and publicity, effective organization and management of project activities. Implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of more than 70 residents of Iskar municipality – people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age unable to cater for themselves; • Impact of poverty and social exclusion on service users will be limited; • Improving the quality of the workforce and creating more than 70 new jobs in the social economy sector in municipality of Iskar will reduce the unemployment rate and poverty. • Type and territorial scope of the integrated social and health care services rendered by “Unit Services at Home” will expand.
