"INTEGRATED SUPPORT FAMILY ENVIRONMENT"

The goal of the current project is improvement the quality of life and access to services for disabled people and people over the age of 65 who are unable to self-support their living needs through managing the consequences of their social expel and poverty. With the realization of the project next level of the department for home care will be reached, which is part from Social Home service provider – Parvomay, which was created under the program “Help at Home” for social services provided at home as part time activity. The services were meant to continue 18 months and at least 62 users to be reached. They will be provided with 5 social and 22 personal assistants, 14 home assistants, social worker, nurse and phycology expert. There is an activity for providing of psychological, social and medical services which together with the assistance from personal/ social home assistants will form entire process for providing complex and integrated services for people who are not able to self-support their living needs and disabled people. All these steps will become together complex and long lasting service. When preparing individual evaluations of people needs, horizontal rules for equal opportunities will be followed in order to avoid gender discrimination. Concerning the innovative manner of the services of the project, a new evaluation will be made about the target group, which was already evaluated under the activity “New Alternatives”. Improvement in the service will be reached through realization of the supporting activities directed for the users and employee assistants. Guiding principles when executing the activities will be the needs of the individual in providing him integrated access to medical, social and other services in accordance with the specific personal requirements marked during the detailed personal evaluation. All activities in the project are organized for maximal efficiency and effectiveness of all people’s and financial resources.
