This project proposal will complement and build up the established Unit for Services at Home under operation Help at Home, financed by the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013 and the procedure New Alternatives, financed under Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2014-2020 by implementing an integrated approach to provide hourly services to people with disabilities and elderly people who lack independent leaving skills. Hourly services at home - personal assistance in daily living, support for social inclusion, utilities and health services - transport services, motivational and psychological support - will ensure the independence and the social integration for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as improved quality of life of consumers. The implementation of the project proposal will provide integrated services for persons with disabilities and persons aged above 65 who lack independent living skills according to their specific needs and based on individual needs assessment.
