Main goal: Improving quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex needs, including healthcare, for people with disabilities and people over 65 incapable of self-service, in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the other hand the project aims to offer opportunities for unemployed people, who will take care of their relatives with disabilities, to return to the real labor market. Specific goals: • Establishment and operation of a sustainable model for providing services in home environment to persons with permanent disabilities and adults with limitations or inability to self-service, living on the territory of the Municipality of Tryavna, in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and obtain a decent life. • Improving access to health services and development of social services to support social inclusion of people with disabilities as well as their access to employment. All these should lead to improving the quality of life of the elderly and persons with disabilities by creating conditions and support for effectively execution their right to independent living and social inclusion, respecting their rights, based on their specific needs and opportunities. • Providing organizational sustainability of services through the establishment and operation of a center for social services in the home environment. • Support of unemployed persons for their realization on the labor market, creating jobs in the social economy sector and providing opportunities to overcome poverty. • Development of staff gained experience in previous projects in the field of social services and the same time creating opportunities for new persons to be trained in profession “social assistant”.
