Support for social integration and indipendent living

The project intend to provide integrated services for persons over 65 years of inability for self-service and also persons with disabilities to combine complex steps towards providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community or at home. The main objective is to improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled, by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right for independent living and social inclusion, according their rights, and compling with their specific abilities and needs. The project proposal will provide a real opportunity for returning to the labor market of people who care for their relatives . Implementation of the project activities will be building new center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home, in one way to provide integrated services for people over 65 years with inability for self service and for a people with disabilities and in another way to provide employment to unemployed people of working age.
