The idea of this project is to include a maximum number of people who need social services in a family environment and provide employment on the territory of municipality of Tvarditsa. This can be achieved with the support of the group created by the scheme "Help at home for providing social services in a family environment". Unemployed people will be hired, trained and included in this group to provide high quality social services for personal help activities. Groups that this project includes: handicapped people and people over 65 years old which are not able to take care of themselves without somebody's help. Objectives: Improve the quality of handicapped people's life and people who live alone by providing social services in a family environment. Improvement of social services for people who are in everyday need. Reduce the risk of institutional care dependence for people who need social services. The employed people will acquire professional skills and upgrade them through trainings. Provide employment for unemployed people. 1. Information and publicity - these activities will popularize social service among the society. 2. Selection, hire and training of the staff to provide the service "Personal assistant". 3. Selection of candidate members, performing social evaluation and providing the service. 4. Supervision of the staff providing the service PA (Personal assistant) . 5. Motivational, social and psychological support for the people who will use the service according to their individual needs. 6. Project organization and management. The result of performing these activities will be the improvement of old people's and handicapped people's life by providing conditions and support for effective application of their right for independent life and social inclusion, and having respect for their rights, considering their capabilities and specific needs.
