The project supports the implementation of the strategic objective of Priority axis 2:“ Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion“ of the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. The project will improve the quality of life and accessing service for social exclusion in responding to complex needs, including health, people with disabilities (including children with disabilities) and people over 65 years of age unable to care for themselves with the purpose of overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the other hand this project aims at providing opportunities to return to the real labor market labor of persons, who caring for an older person or disabled relative and they are unable to start work. This project will improve the operation and prizes "Help at Home" and will achieve sustainability of the procedure "New Alternatives" .Currently our municipality providing social service „Personal assistant“ and will create a sustainable model for providing the service at home. The activities of the center created for the service at home for personal assistance, social support and social inclusion, communal households.
