The project will create a Unit for services in the home. Will be selected, trained and recruited domestic helpers and personal assistants within 9 000 hours a month of which 18 months duration for domestic helpers and 13 months duration for personal assistants, which optimally will meet the needs of the disabled people and the adults with limitations or failure self-service by providing hourly innovative social services, based on individual care plans, consistent with the needs of the disabled people and the adults with limitations.
