"Right of decent and independent life"

In Venets Municipality at present there exists a Center for cervices at home in which 5 persons continue to work. The Center was established by decision No. 59 under Record No. 6 of 14.06.2012 of the Municipal council of Venets in relation to the application of Venets Municipality with project proposal “ Social services at home in Venets Municipality” for free financial aid “Help at home” under Operational program “Human resources development 2007-2013. On June 2, 2015 the Municipal Council of Venets adopted decision No. 370 under Record No. 35 giving its support for continuing the activity of the same Center . The project “Right of decent and independent life” will be implemented in two stages. Delivery of services for the first stage will begin in the third month of the project and the second stage will start in March 2016. The social service will be provided to 88 users residing in the 13 populated locations of Venets Municipality for 18 months. The project will supplement and upgrade the projects implemented under the “Help at home” scheme of Operational program “Human Resources Development 2007-2013 and the “New alternatives” procedure, funded under Operational program “Development of Human Resources 2014-2020 by applying a new, wide-spectrum approach for decentralized delivery at municipal level of hourly-based services to disabled and old people who experience difficulties with their self-service. For the implementation of the project Venets Municipality will rely on its good partnership relations with other administrations like the Regional Directorate “Social support”-Shumen and Directorate “Social support”, village of Venets, Directorate “Labour Office”, Shumen and its branch in the village of Venets, private companies and citizens as volunteers for the fulfillment and surpassing the envisaged results.
