Create units for services at home to the existing 'Home Social Patronage "the procedure" Help at Home "and the project" Right to Independent Living " will be an opportunity to expand the Unit and will create preconditions for the municipality Elhovo to provide three types of hourly services in media-home personal care, social support and help utilities deynosti. By applying a flexible mechanism for hourly combined use of various integrated social services according to individual needs, will ensure the effectiveness of the services provided. The project creates an opportunity for continuity and guarantee servicing of beneficiaries of the services "Social assistant", "Home assistant" and "Personal Assistant" and will also build on achievements so far in the field of development of the municipal social services. For the purposes and within the framework of the project to the Unit for services at home will be staff to serve the needy in the city of Elhovo and the villages of the municipality, thus will increase social activity and employment for unemployed as well as members of families involved in care for persons with disabilities. With the implementation of the project will achieve extended territorial coverage, increased quality of care by providing individually oriented social services for users of domestic helpers and personal assistants with increased professional competences. The project will be conducted and supervision will be provided motivational and psychological support for staff and service users.
